WORKFLOW ENGINEERING FOR SOLO & SMALL FIRMS
It might be intake. It might be document assembly, status updates, or the same three fields retyped every morning.
I find the biggest one, fix it, hand it over, and show you the count.
01 — Where value hides
It is not always intake. Intake is simply the easiest step to spot from outside. The same arithmetic applies to any recurring task done by hand every week.
You already spent hours recording webinars, writing FAQs, and drafting templates. We extract more value from what your firm has already created.
Information copied between systems, tasks recreated, and follow-ups remembered. A task repeated 500 times shouldn't require 500 decisions.
Some work requires legal judgment. Some requires coordination. Much of it requires none at all. We find where work actually belongs.
New enquiries retyped from a form into the practice system
Engagement letters assembled from the same three fields
Status updates written one client at a time
Unsigned retainers chased from memory
Deadlines recalculated by hand from a court calendar
A Friday report rebuilt from four spreadsheets
If none of these is yours, name the one that is. That is what the first conversation is for.
02 — The offer
$499One workflow · invoiced after delivery
Built inside the tools you already pay for. It runs in your accounts, under your name. I hold access while the work is open and nothing after it closes.
03 — How it runs
I time the task you name, as it actually happens, and show you the count before anything is built. If the number is small, I will say so and stop.
One workflow, chosen from what the evidence shows. Fixed scope, six hours of build time, your accounts, your tools.
It goes live one step at a time. Then a written runbook, a short walkthrough, and thirty days in which I fix what I broke.
04 — In plain terms
There are no client logos on this page and no testimonials, because there are no clients to name yet.
That is the reason the price is $499 and not $4,000. The first three firms get the lowest price I will ever charge.
The only thing I ask in return is permission to describe the result in one paragraph, with the number in it, in your own words or mine.
If that trade does not suit you, wait a year and hire me.
Wait 6 months.
05 — Contact
One line is enough to start.
Tell me the one task that keeps coming back, or the one nobody owns but everybody does. I answer every message myself, within one business day.
Write to meI am not a lawyer, and I do not give legal advice. Nothing I build touches a client file or makes a legal judgment; if your question is a legal one, it belongs with your attorney, not with me.
